| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 19, 2019. Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the appellant's appendix, and for poor person relief and assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until November 27, 2020, and upon payment of the filing fee, the appellant's appendix and brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court will be accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
