Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated July 1, 2020. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the judgment and preclude the respondent from terminating her employment, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
