| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered March 8, 2018. By order to show cause dated July 28, 2020, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeals in the above-entitled action should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders entered March 8, 2018, terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 5, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241).
SCHEINKMAN, P.J., MALTESE, LASALLE and CHRISTOPHER, JJ., concur.
