| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Jenny Jara and Luz Quinde on a purported appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 28, 2019, to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that they are the appellants on the appeal and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 28, 2019 (see CPLR 2001); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that Jenny Jara and Luz Quinde are the appellants on the appeal and Reinaldo Estrella is not an appellant on the appeal (see CPLR 2001), the time to perfect the appeal is extended, on or before November 30, 2020, Jenny Jara and Luz Quinde shall serve the record or appendix and a brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and Jenny Jara and Luz Quinde shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
