Appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 17, 2017, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 18, 2020. Motion by the plaintiff/counterclaim defendant-respondent-appellant and the counterclaim defendants-respondents-appellants for leave to reargue the appeal. Cross motion by the defendant/counterclaim plaintiff-appellant-respondent for an award of counsel fees in the sum of $21,995 incurred in responding to the motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted and the defendant/counterclaim plaintiff-appellant-respondent is awarded counsel fees in the sum of $21,995.
