DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Teresa Ann Zabala, Respondent, v Christopher Mealie, Appellant, and et al., Undertenants.

Motion by appellant to vacate the order of this court dated June 24, 2020, which dismissed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 8, 2019 and enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate dismissal is granted, and the June 24, 2020 Order of Dismissal is vacated; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended to November 30, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by November 30, 2020, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve appellant in person.
