DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent to consolidate an appeal from the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 11, 2019 (appeal No. 2019-959 Q C), with an appeal from an order of the same court entered January 11, 2019 (appeal No. 2019-1296 Q C) and for a preference in the calendaring of the consolidated appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of respondent's motion seeking to consolidate appeal No. 2019-959 Q C with appeal No. 2019-1296 Q C is granted to the extent that the appeals will be scheduled by the court to be heard together on the same day; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of respondent's motion for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is granted and the appeals will be calendared expeditiously.
