Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 21, 2018. Motion by the appellant for leave to withdraw a brief filed by assigned counsel pursuant to Anders v California (386 US 738), and for leave to file an excessive sentence motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's brief is stricken, and the appellant shall serve and file the excessive sentence motion on or before January 4, 2021.
