Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 21, 2016. Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the transcript of the proceedings which occurred on November 21, 2016. Separate motions by the respondent John J. Gadomski and the respondents Patricia C. McCormack MD, PLLC, Patricia C. McCormack, and Patricia C. McCormack MD, P.C., to extend the time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motions by the respondent John J. Gadomski and the respondents Patricia C. McCormack MD, PLLC, Patricia C. McCormack, and Patricia C. McCormack MD, P.C., and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted, on or before December 2, 2020, the appellant shall serve a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the transcript of the proceedings which occurred on November 21, 2016, and upload a digital copy of the supplemental appellant's appendix, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental appellant's appendix in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions by the respondent John J. Gadomski and the respondents Patricia C. McCormack MD, PLLC, Patricia C. McCormack, and Patricia C. McCormack MD, P.C., are granted, the time of the respondent John J. Gadomski and the respondents Patricia C. McCormack MD, PLLC, Patricia C. McCormack, and Patricia C. McCormack MD, P.C., to serve and file their respective briefs is extended, and on or before January 4, 2021, the respondent John J. Gadomski and the respondents Patricia C. McCormack MD, PLLC, Patricia C. McCormack, and Patricia C. McCormack MD, P.C., shall serve their respective briefs and upload digital copies their respective briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the respondent John J. Gadomski and the respondents Patricia C. McCormack MD, PLLC, Patricia C. McCormack, and Patricia C. McCormack MD, P.C., shall file an original and five hard copies of their respective briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
