Appeals from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated November 27, 2018, and an amended order of the same court dated January 7, 2019. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals in the event that the appellant did not perfect the appeals by October 19, 2020, and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals is denied as academic as the appeals were timely perfected; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
