| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue a disciplinary proceeding against him, which was determined by an opinion and order of this Court dated February 13, 2020, and, upon reargument, to vacate his suspension from the practice of law and to remand this matter to the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District, or, in the alternative, to grant leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 20, 1992. By opinion and order of this Court dated February 13, 2020, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, effective March 16, 2020 (Matter of Hallock, 181 AD3d 125).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
