Cassius Pryce, appellant, v Nationstar Mortgage,
LLC, etc., respondent, et al., defendants.
(Action No. 1)
Bank of New York Mellon, etc., respondent,
v Cassius Pryce, appellant, et al., defendants.
(Action No. 2)
(Index Nos. 4283/2017, 5923/2017)
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 5, 2018, and January 7, 2019, respectively, and a decision of the same court dated September 23, 2020. Motion by the respondent Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, to dismiss the appeals from the orders on the ground that no appeal lies from intermediate orders after entry of a final judgment in the above-entitled action.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the decision is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
MASTRO, J.P., LEVENTHAL, HINDS-RADIX and MALTESE, JJ., concur.
