| SCHEDULING ORDER |
Appeal by Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society of Protestant Episcopal Church and separate appeal by Episcopal Diocese of Long Island and Christ Episcopal Church from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (CVA-R Part), entered June 26, 2020. Pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), it is
ORDERED that the appeal by Episcopal Diocese of Long Island and Christ Episcopal Church in the above-entitled action shall be perfected within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order; and it is further,
ORDERED that if the appellants Episcopal Diocese of Long Island and Christ Episcopal Church do not perfect their appeal within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order, the Clerk of this Court shall issue an order to all parties to the appeals to show cause why the appeal by Episcopal Diocese of Longs Island and Christ Episcopal Church should or should not be dismissed.
