a disbarred attorney.

(Attorney Registration No. 1559335)

DECISION & ORDER ON
MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Frank J. Hancock for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Hancock was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on June 19, 1978. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 16, 2008, Mr. Hancock was disbarred as a result of a disciplinary proceeding in which all six charges of professional misconduct relating to him were sustained (see Matter of Hancock, 55 AD3d 216).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Frank J. Hancock does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.

SCHEINKMAN, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and COHEN, JJ., concur.
