| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated July 17, 2018. Motion by the objectant-appellant, inter alia, to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the objectant-appellant's time to serve the record or appendix and the objectant-appellant's brief, and upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, digital copies of the record or appendix and the objectant-appellant's brief is extended until December 23, 2020, and the objectant-appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the objectant-appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
