DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, rendered August 3, 2011, under Ind. No. 97-00175, and an order of the same court dated March 3, 2011, issued pursuant to CPL 440.46, under Ind. No. 96-00316. By order to show cause dated September 23, 2020, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the appellant has abandoned the appeals.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed.
