Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to appeal from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered August 18, 2020, and for a stay of all proceedings to enforce the order pending the hearing and determination of the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that permission to appeal is granted, and all proceedings to enforce the order of Family Court entered August 18, 2020, are hereby stayed pending the hearing and determination of the appeal, on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before November 30, 2020, and, if so perfected, the appeal shall be added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing February 22, 2021.
