DeJoseph on October 13, 2020, for a stay of all proceedings to enforce an order of the Supreme Court, Oneida County, entered October 13, 2020, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein, and having moved for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, and the temporary relief granted by said order to show cause is hereby extended to and vacated effective October 30, 2020, at 4:00 p.m.
