DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Hayden Holder, inter alia, for an extension of time to take an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 23, 2020, for poor person relief, and to direct the plaintiffs to provide him with a complete copy of the order dated July 23, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to extend the time to take the appeal is denied without prejudice to serving and filing a notice of appeal in accordance with CPLR 5513; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
