Appeal from an order of the County Court, Rockland County, dated March 3, 2020. The appeal was perfected on September 3, 2020. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 16, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time to serve the respondent with copies of the appellant's brief and the transcripts of the proceedings is extended, and the appellant's brief and the transcripts of the proceedings are deemed timely served on the respondent.
