Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered August 20, 2019, and October 8, 2019, and respondent-appellant John D. having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered October 8, 2019 (CAF 19-02010),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time to perfect the consolidated appeals is extended to December 28, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect will be granted to appellant's present counsel absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
