The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Camillo Jordan, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered February 7, 2020, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate dismissal is denied with leave to renew upon the filing of an affidavit by appellant setting forth a potentially meritorious appeal on or before December 18, 2020. The remaining branch of the motion is held in abeyance.
