Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 11, 2019. Application by John V. Muzio, Jr., as co-administrator of the estate of John Muzio, to be substituted for John V. Muzio, Jr., as co-guardian for John Muzio, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, John V. Muzio, Jr., as co-administrator of the estate of John Muzio, is substituted for John V. Muzio, Jr., as co-guardian for John Muzio, and the caption is amended accordingly.
