Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 29, 2017, and January 10, 2018, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered January 9, 2018, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 19, 2020. Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue the appeals. Cross motion by the respondents for leave to reargue the appeals. Separate motion by the respondents for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Cross motion by the appellants to impose a sanction upon the respondents and for an award of costs and attorney's fees.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and cross motions, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions and cross motions are denied.
