Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated September 10, 2019. Application by William J. Jenack, as administrator of the estate of Mary Rice, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Mary Rice, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, William J. Jenack, as administrator of the estate of Mary Rice, is substituted for the deceased respondent Mary Rice, and the caption is amended accordingly.
