Motion by appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated February 21, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal shall be perfected on or before December 31, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected by December 31, 2020, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeals, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeals, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
