| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 2, 2020, and March 2, 2020, respectively. Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a replacement record and a replacement appellant's brief. Separate applications by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(g)(1) to extend the time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before December 2, 2020, the appellant shall serve the replacement record and the replacement appellant's brief and upload digital copies of the replacement record and the replacement appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the the replacement record and the replacement appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is extended, and on or before January 6, 2021, the respondents shall serve their respective briefs and upload digital copies of their respective briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the respondents shall file an original and five hard copies of their respective briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
