On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 29, 2020, which granted an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered October 2, 2018, under Indictment No. 2018-0372, pursuant to CPL 460.30 and also granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to that appeal, is amended to reflect that an extension of time pursuant to CPL 460.30 to take an appeal, poor person relief, and the assignment of counsel is also granted with respect to an amended judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered October 2, 2018, under Superior Court Information No. 2018-004S.
