DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 22, 2020. Motion by the appellants Laura Curran, in her official capacity as Nassau County Executive, David F. Moog, in his official capacity as Assessor of the County of Nassau, Beaumont Jefferson, in his official capacity as Nassau County Treasurer, Nassau County Department of Assessment, Nassau County Legislature, and County of Nassau, to extend the time to perfect the appeal. Application by the appellant Hicksville Union Free School District to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted, the appellants' time to serve and file the joint record or appendix on the appeal and their respective briefs via NYSCEF is extended until January 22, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the joint record or appendix and their respective briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
