Appeals by Nathaniel J. from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 23, 2019, and January 9, 2020, respectively (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2020-00560, 2020-00557) , and an appeal by Tracey S. from an order of the same court also dated January 9, 2020 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-01531). Motion by the petitioner-respondent to consolidate the appeals by Nathaniel J. with the appeal by Tracey S., and to extend the time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeals by Nathaniel J. is granted, the petitioner-respondent's time to serve and file a brief in connection with those appeals is extended, and on or before December 23, 2020, the petitioner-respondent shall serve the petitioner-respondent's brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the petitioner-respondent shall file an original and five hard copies of the brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal by Tracey S. is granted, the petitioner-respondent's time to serve and file a brief in connection with that appeal is extended, and on or before December 23, 2020, the petitioner-respondent shall serve the petitioner-respondent's brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the petitioner-respondent shall file an original and five hard copies of the brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeals by Nathaniel J. is extended, on or before December 23, 2020, the attorney for the child shall serve a brief in connection with those appeals and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the attorney for the child shall file an original and five hard copies of the brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal by Tracey S. is extended, on or before December 23, 2020, the attorney for the child shall serve a brief in connection with that appeal and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the attorney for the child shall file an original and five hard copies of the brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
