DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 8, 2019. Motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to respond to the appeal:
