Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 21, 2019. Motion by the respondents Jeffrey Petersen and Sign Acquisition Corp., inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 8, 2019. Separate motion by the appellants to enlarge the record to include certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the respondents Jeffrey Petersen and Sign Acquisition Corp. which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order dated May 8, 2019, is granted, and the respondents Jeffrey Petersen and Sign Acquisition Corp. shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, the supplemental record on or before December 28, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the respondents Jeffrey Petersen and Sign Acquisition Corp. is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is denied.
