Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 11, 2019. Motion by the respondent for leave to file a supplemental record and amended respondent's brief. Cross motion by the appellants to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion by the appellants is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief via NYSCEF is extended until December 10, 2020, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the reply brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
