Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 3, 2019, and November 27, 2019, respectively. Motion by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, in effect, to calendar the appeals together and to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated November 27, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated November 27, 2019, is extended, and on or before December 10, 2020, the appellant shall serve the reply brief in that appeal and upload a digital copy of the reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the reply brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
