DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 12, 2020, and August 10, 2020, respectively. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal from the order dated May 12, 2020, on the ground that it was untimely taken.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
