On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 23, 2020, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 8, 2018. Motion by the appellant pro se for an extension of time to serve and file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before January 22, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
