Appeal by Theresa Merriweather from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, (IDV Part) dated November 4, 2020. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Robert J. Epstein, dated November 10, 2020, it is
