Motion by appellant to be restored to possession pending the determination of an appeal from a decision of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, entered March 3, 2020, and for related relief. Separate motion by respondent to vacate all interim relief granted in an order to show cause signed by this court on October 21, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motion and respondent's motion are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by appellant is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by respondent is denied as academic.
