| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Kenisha T. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 26, 2019. Motion by the appellant to withdraw the brief previously filed by assigned counsel and for leave to file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before December 30, 2020, the appellant shall serve the replacement brief and upload a digital copy of the replacement brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the replacement brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
