Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered June 7, 2019. Motion by the respondent to strike stated portions of the appellant's reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Point I of the appellant's reply brief is stricken, and on or before January 4, 2021, the appellant shall serve a replacement reply brief that does not raise the point of argument contained in Point I of the appellant's reply brief and upload a digital copy of the replacement appellant's reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the replacement appellant's reply brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court, and the motion is otherwise denied.
