| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 13, 2019. Motion by Miss Jones, LLC, to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that it is the appellant and to extend the time to perfect the appeal. Cross motion by the respondent to dismiss appeal on the ground that Miss Jones, LLC, lacks standing.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that Miss Jones, LLC, is the appellant (see CPLR 2001), the time to perfect the appeal is extended, and on or before January 4, 2021, Miss Jones, LLC, shall serve the record or appendix and its brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and its brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and Miss Jones, LLC, shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and its brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
