| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 16, 2020. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the suspension of his driver's license, garnishment of his salary, or issuance of any warrants for his arrest, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and to direct the respondent to return his passport. Separate motion by the appellant to vacate a certain judgment and certain orders of support and to direct the return of certain money to him.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
