ORDERED that the motion for permission to appeal and for further relief is treated as a motion, pursuant to CPLR 5704 (a), to review an order of Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 19, 2020, which, among other things, directed expedited discovery, and it is further.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that pending determination by Supreme Court, Suffolk County of the motions returnable before that court on December 7, 2020, the expedited discovery directed in the orders to show cause signed November 5, 2020 and November 19, 2020 and the related contempt proceedings are temporarily enjoined.
