Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 15, 2017. Application by Thomas Abruzzi, as administrator of the estate of Pasquale Abruzzi, to be substituted for the appellant Paul Abruzzi, deceased administrator of the estate of Pasquale Abruzzi, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Thomas Abruzzi, as administrator of the estate of Pasquale Abruzzi, is substituted for the appellant Paul Abruzzi, deceased administrator of the estate of Pasquale Abruzzi, and the caption is amended accordingly.
