Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 31, 2019. Motion by the respondent to strike the appellants' brief on the ground that it refers to matter dehors the record, fails to comply with 22 NYCRR 1250.8(b)(3), and does not contain citations to the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants' brief is stricken, and on or before January 4, 2021, the appellants shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement brief which does not refer to matter dehors the record, complies with 22 NYCRR 1250.8(b)(3), and contains citations to the record, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the replacement brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
