Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 29, 2016, and appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the same court dated July 21, 2016, which were determined by opinion and order of this Court dated October 14, 2020. Motion by the appellant-respondent for leave to reargue stated portions the appeals and cross appeal, and to clarify the opinion and order dated October 14, 2020.
