| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 25, 2020. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and to vacate stated portions of the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated August 25, 2020, is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal from that order; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate stated portions of the order dated August 25, 2020, is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Westchester County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
