Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 6, 2020. Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to extend the time to perfect the appeal and to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to extend the time to perfect the appeal and to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) are granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until January 4, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
