Appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 5, 2019.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated October 30, 2020, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the appellant-respondent's time to serve and file a reply brief in the above-entitled matter the date "November 9, 2020," and substituting therefor the date "December 18, 2020."
