Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 12, 2019. Motion by the respondent for leave to renew its opposition to the appellant's motion to stay the appellant's eviction from the subject premises, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 11, 2020.
